GUIDELINES FOR CUSTOMER REQUESTS TO REMOVE NAMES FROM THE MAILING LIST:

In order to make a customer’s name a permanent removal from not only our database but from all other major database builders, the customer will need to send a personal request to the Direct Marketing Association.

The DMA provides a mail preference service for those people who want names deleted from mailing list databases, and they provide a telephone preference service for people who want a name deleted from Telemarketing databases. It typically takes 90 days. The DMA does not accept second-party requests. Therefore, in order to permanently remove the customer’s name, the customer must contact the Direct Marketing Association at (212) 768-7277 or visit www.dmachoice.org. It can also be mailed to:
